Bring approximate measurements of the room(s) in which you want to have carpet installed, so we can provide an approximate price estimate for your carpet installation.

While you're in the store, you'll schedule an in-home floor measure to verify your carpet measurements. Our Authorized Measure Service will visit your home to measure the entire area where your carpet will be installed. We'll evaluate it for any damage, determine any special installation requirements or additional materials needed and perform a moisture test (where applicable). You also can schedule a floor measure online.

After your measurements are confirmed, we will call you with an updated total project price and process your payment in full. (A small measurement fee will be applied toward the cost of your installation.) After your rooms have been measured and payment has been processed, our licensed, experienced installer will call you to schedule a convenient time for your carpet installation. Throughout the project, the installer will be courteous, efficient and will take precautions to respect your living space, including covering entryways and vents in the installation area to contain dust and debris.

Our installation team will deliver and install your new carpet. The installer will oversee every aspect of the project, from the removal and disposal of your old carpet to laying your new carpet and pad, including cleanup and vacuuming of the installation area. After the project is complete, the installer will clean the job area and haul away all project debris (additional fees may apply, depending on your location).

After your carpet installation is complete, your installer will walk you through a final inspection explain how to care properly for your new carpet. The installer also will explain any maintenance needed and the warranty(ies) on your new carpet.
