What a fun project. The orchid is one of our most popular dollhouse kits, because it comes with so many extras. Constructed of 1/8 in. die-cut plywood, it features ornate trim, fixed double-hung windows, octagonal dormers and a bay window. Each floor has a divider wall that can be placed where you choose or left out completely for larger rooms. Detailed trim and a decorative front porch add to the romantic authenticity. Wooden shingles, trim and stairway included. Assembly required. Furniture, accessories, paint and glue not included. Not intended for children 12 years of age and younger.
