Description:
These machine screws are used with nuts or directly into a threaded receptacle to fasten metal parts together. Measured from the underside of the head to the tip of the screw to obtain fastener length. If nuts are needed, use with nuts of the same finish and threading for proper fit. These adjustable drawer screws are notched to create the length needed without the aid of heavy cutting tools. Once desired lenth is determined, use pliers to snap off at one of the notched portions of the screw and discard the un-needed portion. Pre-drilling is necessary.
