Description:
Tritoma Alcazar (Kniphofia Alcazar) is a clump growing perennial that does well in full sun to partial shade. Excellent for the border or a woodland garden. Red Hot Poker produces flower spikes that begin with bright orange-red at the top and then taper down the spike and become creamy orange. This plant does especially well in areas with hot summers. Attracts bees and hummingbirds.
