A hardy annual herb with pungent, zesty, parsley like leaves, useful as a flavoring for salsa, guacamole, and Thai curry. If the herb is grown for it's leaves, then it is called Cilantro. If the plant is grown to maturity and allowed to develop flowers and seeds, it is called Coriander. Either way, the plant is useful in the kitchen herb garden.
