Basic Delivery

• A flat rate delivery charge of $59.00 will be added to your purchase for up to 3 major appliances, with a charge of $.01 for each additional appliance (up to 12).
• All freestanding (does not include built-in cooktops, wall ovens, etc.) electric appliances will be uncrated, set in place, leveled, and connected to an existing proper power source.
• Select a delivery date with maximum flexibility. The home delivery agent will call the day before your scheduled date to inform you of your projected four (4) hour delivery window. If you are unavailable during the given four (4) hour window, the agent will work to reschedule your delivery on the next available delivery date.
• Delivery agents are not carpenters, plumbers, or electricians. All electrical outlets, water and gas shut-off valves, and cabinetry must be available and compliant at the time of delivery to complete any purchased installation options. (See specific product line checklists below).
• Delivery agents will test your appliance for proper operation and inspect for any visible damage. The agent will explain your options if damage is discovered or your unit is not working properly.
• If proper electrical outlets, gas shut-off valves, water supply and shut off valves, or venting sources are not available at the time of delivery, a complete installation may not be possible.
• Gas product (ranges/dryers) installation, dishwasher installation, and over the range microwave installation is not included in the basic delivery rate.
• An adult, 18 years or older, must be present at time of delivery.

Refrigerator Delivery and Installation

• A new waterline connection kit must be purchased and available at time of delivery. Existing lines will not be reused.
• Existing appliance must be empty.
• A 110V grounded 3 prong electrical outlet must be within reach of the power cord.
• Icemaker or ice and water dispenser connections: A working shutoff valve must be located within 6 ft. of the refrigerator location. If a shut off valve is not present, your installation will not be completed.

Washer Delivery and Installation

• A new set of standard length supply hoses (42" length) is included with your washer. If longer hoses are needed, you must purchase and have them available at the time of delivery. Existing hoses will not be reused.
• Existing appliance must be empty with no standing water prior to delivery.
• A 110V grounded 3 prong electrical outlet must be within reach of the power cord.
• Water valves (hot and cold hookups) should be corrosion free.

Electric Range/Dryer Delivery and Installation

• A new electric cord (ranges/dryers) and dryer duct (dryers) must be purchased and available at the time of delivery. Existing connection parts will not be reused.
• 240 Volt electrical service is required to power units.
• Delivery agents can not direct wire electric ranges or dryers. An appropriate outlet must be available at time of delivery. (see approved outlets below)

Gas Range/Dryer Delivery and Installation

• A new gas flex connection kit (ranges/dryers) and dryer duct (dryers) must be purchased and available at the time of delivery. Existing connect ion parts will not be reused.
• Some state and local codes prohibit delivery hookup.
• A natural gas supply line (no L.P. hookups) with shut off valve must be located directly behind the appliance.
• A 110V grounded 3 prong electrical outlet must be within reach of the power cord.

Dishwashers

• A new dishwasher connection kit must be purchased and available at the time of delivery. Existing connections will not be reused.
• Some state and local codes prohibit delivery hookup. (See your HD associate regarding dishwasher installs in your area)
• A water supply line with shut off valve must be located under the sink or behind the dishwasher.
• If proper shut off, accessible drain, or proper space is not available your installation may not be completed. The rough cabinet opening must be a minimum 24" W x 24" D x 34 ½" H.

• Appliances may be unavailable for delivery in the new ZIP code
• If you already have appliances in your shopping cart, any existing selections of parts, services, or Extended Service Plans will be reset to the default selections
