The return lady!!!
She is the most helpful person and she does an excellent job!!! I think she deserves all from you guys she makes the store 10x better with how she works and knowledge of everything she even goes above and beyond when needing help please idk her name but she seems to always be at the return area by the front!!

Great visit to Homedepot!
visited our local store and was immediately greeted and helped. The young lady that helped me with the keys was so nice and funny to talk with. Very good customer service in an age where there is very little.

Home Depot Ada is the best!
For example, I recently purchased a large order of lumber and other building needs, enough so I requested shipping to my home where I needed the material. I got help with everything I purchased including some recommendations that were great. The checkout person even got me a great discount on the shipping. The shipment arrived right on time and unloaded rather quickly and I was able to get right to work. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Ada, OK.

Terrible!!
Do not even think about using cash to purchase anything from HD. Even an item for .48 cents. Because if you loose the receipt or happen to use a debit card, close the account & then realize you need to return it won't happen. I women especially, just know you will be expected to load your own lumber!!! While male employees watch, stare at their phone, etc. No option to give review a fat zero!!!

Appreciate Veterans
Thank you for making a parking space for military veterans. It shows you care and are thinking about the veterans. I do think that all veterans should receive a discount and now just active or retired vets. On our drivers license it is stamped if you are a veteran and should be recognized. I am a Desert Storm vet and at the moment am not eligible for your veteran discount program. That's too bad!

Customer service
Worst customer service I’ve ever received has been at this location, normally never complain but this was absurd. I ended up calling the 1800 number and having them resolve my issues.

The Ada store is the best!
I love the Ada store. I’ve shopped at other locations and the Ada store is the best store. They always have what I’m looking for. Though there are many people that make my trips pleasant, Cowboy in the lumber yard, Anakin at the pro desk, and Becka at the registers always make my trips pleasant. I look forward to my trips to this location.
