Friendly Staff
We were greeted by Tosha and she was very helpful and kind and answered questions. Another employee helped to find what we were looking for, but the item was only available online. The store was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Awesome shopping experience
A young associate by the name of Bill, in Lumber, really made a difference and deserves to be applaud. Nice, polite, helpful and willing to go outside to help load the lumber without complaining and making faces. A very sweet young man, who puts customers first, The Home Depot should consider hiring more like him and sending those grumpy more seniors-in-the-job to work the backroom.

The entire store personnel had a customer first attitude and Felicia Stevens was the hero of our carpet buying experience.
My husband and I made a carpet and padding to include installation purchase at the Alamogordo, NM facility. I am writing this to praise the entire team from the Alamogordo facility but want to place a strong emphasis on the Kitchen and Bath Design Consultant, Felicia Stevens.
Felicia's customer service was centered around our needs. She made us feel and believe that it was her goal to ensure we bought what we wanted at the best price. She did this by taking the time to understand the specifics of our situation. Never did we feel like we were bothering or annoying her. She was patient, she listened, and she cared.
My husband and I made a selection and presented it to her, she looked it over then led us to a display in the center of her unit and said, this is a comparable product at a cheaper price. Music to our ears! There were several other steps she took to ensure we received the best service possible, such as doing an accuracy check on the floor plan and measurement numbers.
The entire store personnel had a customer first attitude and Felicia was the hero of our carpet buying experience.
