Rude manager named Seyd. Hes so rude to employees in front of customers. He does not do anything but talk on the phone. Unprofessional. Need new management. No employees great customers. They will pass by you like nothing and don’t even ask for help.. Boooooo

Amazing customer service
Went in Home Depot to buy a couple of combo tool kits that were on clearance. When looking for these tools I was approached by Marlene and asked if she could assist me with anything. I asked if she could confirm the price of the combo kits and how many were available. After that she then tracked down a couple of employees that could help retrieve the tools with a cherry picker because the tools were in top stock on the top of the shelves. The employees Frank, Tim, Abraham (IB), patiently waited for customers to finish shopping before safely closing the aisles to retrieve the tools. After checking out I spoke to Keisha at customer service asking about my experience and answer all the question that i had. I just wanted to thank all the employees that helped me with my purchase and for all the great customer service!

I’ve never had a positive experience at this location.
I waited 20 minutes to buy 50’ of romex that cost 46 dollars and was locked in a cage. No one knew the combination to the lock and the managers and associates just walked away after telling me FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES that someone was on their way. After they found the ONE person who knew the combination to the cage, the associate wouldn’t hand the wire to me but walked it up to the register and gave it to the cashier to ring me up.

Above and Beyond
We visited 5 Home Depot stores looking for a specific product. Come to find out, the product was located in our backyard store. Unfortunately, the item was not where it was thought to be on the shelf. In comes Cashawn…never had I had a Home Depot employee spend the time helping me search for what I needed. He searched, found it, got a truck to pull it down and kept me posted on progress. He treated me like I was the only customer in the store, and I greatly appreciated it!

I tried to order carpet and padding for our master bedroom - A complete cluster -- no sample - wrong carpet type quote - in store people could not change to correct type of carpet quote - missed installation date with one day notification after clearing all furniture from room
