I can’t say enough about walking into a home improvement store and needing some guidance and direction. Because at this store, I know I can count on getting assistance. This is the reason I continue to shop at this Home Depot. Because of the wonderful, kind and knowledgeable employees. Sid at customer service helped me find every little item I needed for my project. Friendly, helpful team- great customer service!
Our storm door handle broke and we needed a replacement. Lon in the door department went online to research our door and what type of lock it was, he found it available in the store. It was perfect. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Awesome customer service is tough to find these days, but the team at Home Depot in Algonquin are always available and helpful!
