Employees are rude and speak very condescending to you. They even raise their voices at you.

Poor customer service and exchange policy store 6552

Wrong dishwasher delivered to the home. The delivery driver took the new dishwasher and the old dishwasher. When we called to figure out the exchange or refund policy, we receive the runaround. Went into the store Saturday 8/26 very concerned and frustrated. When we asked to talk to the manager we were told to go back to the appliance section and someone will meet us. No one met us and we had to go back up to the front. Getting the run around again. When the manager and assistant did come to the front. Instead of being told what they could do to help us, they told us what they couldn’t do. The managers told us we had to call the vendor for help, they couldn’t do anything at the store. So, I stood at the customer service desk with the assistant manager and call Home Depot customer service over the phone to see if they could help me since the store couldn’t. Home Depot customer service representative over the phone, walked us through the exchange process with the in store assistant manager to find a solution. When I told the Home Depot customer service representative over the phone, “with this exchange policy it’s not really giving me a reason to want to do business with them.” She explained she would give 10% when we re do the purchase. Which I appreciate the offer, but with the horrible customer service in the store I’m not sure I will shop there, it was very obvious the employees and the management team could care less about helping us or if we shop at their store. I think it’s very important in customer service when people are upset to know that people want to hear what you CAN do not what you CANT do. Home Depot customer service representative on the phone was great at reassuring us that she could help us and give us a solution to the issue.

Rude and offered zero help.

I have spent over 5k this month alone at HD and have previously had great experiences. Today they were ignoring customers, rude and no help loading order which caused the load to break as I was trying to load alone. When I asked for help I was told I could go get it myself.

Great Employees

Employees were so help and very nice. I shop here a lot for our company and I always start right here at the Home Depot and never have to go elsewhere !!! My wife and I have worked side by side for 25 years when we go to shop at the Home Depot she goes towards the plants and I go towards the tools.

Great Customer Service!

Ali loaded my new lawn mower onto a cart, took it to check out then loaded it into my car. He refused to take a tip, saying "Your thanks is my satisfaction". Beyond the best customer service!
