Great Service in an improved facility

This place used to be a dump -- dark, dirty, very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. THEY'VE CHANGED THAT COMPLETELY. A recent purchase had a missing part. The floor manager and the customer service manager both came up with solutions that were sensible, fair, and easy. I truly appreciate the care they took to be sure I was satisfied and the store's reputation was preserved. I'd shop there again in a minute.

Julio is an incredible employee!

While shopping for my curtains I was extremely confused on which one would best fit my home, I knew the size of the curtains that I would need but I didn’t know which ones would work best for my needs. Julio, working in the flooring and curtain sections, was very knowledgeable when it came to which curtain I would need and he helped me find them.
