Outstanding Customer Service
I was frustrated with a purchase I made at a different Home Depot location. I came to the Avon (2671) location and left very happy. The Cashier (Sabrina) was very patient with me listening to the issues with my purchase from different location. A manager (Ricky) was able to assist me further and help me find the items best suited for me. He was knowledgeable and took time to personally make sure I left satisfied. I will definitely be shopping at this location again.

I just want to say that the employees were very polite. Shoutout to Elsa in the Blinds department. She was amazing!
We saw good evidence of team work, where employees took the time to help one another as well as the customers.

Most of the cashiers, lawn n garden, supervisors n mgmt all are very nice, friendly and helpful. There are a couple exceptions to the rule, though.
