Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the Bartlett store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to order your kit.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Home Depot gift cards are a popular choice for any special occasion or during the holiday season. DIYers know they're fun to give and to receive. If you receive a gift card, you can check your gift card balance online or visit the Bartlett Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Use our gift cards to shop online or redeem them in-store, all with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Bartlett offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is typically located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.

Excellent Customer Service!!!

Every employee we past asked if we were finding what we needed or if we need help….. Joan was excellent!!! Friendly, knowledgeable with great advice….. can’t say enough nice things…. Usually a trip to a home improvement store is a nightmare, Joan and also Joel made it such a pleasant experience!!! Won’t go to any other place

No receipt

I went in to return a couple items with no receipt. I knew I would get store credit, but i unfortunately one item was clearance now so it was coming back as a penny. I ended up returning only one of the items. Once my refund receipt printed I found on the bottom of it that Home Depot can look up a receipt for me. The cashier Melissa was rude and short with me from the beginning and didn’t even tell me that was an option. She was also very condescending when telling me that if I return another item with no receipt future items will be denied. I understood the information, but her tone and attitude were unnecessary. Horrible customer service. Both my original receipts were found through their system but it was all after my returns.

EXCELLENT STORE AND EMPLOYEES

Being a homeowner is a never ending project. We love our local store #1964. The staff is excellent! From the ladies in customer service to store managers. Lisa -assistant store manager, Ruben D. Jonathan B in lumber., Ellini B. in doors, Lenny in appliances, we could go on forever. Knowledgeable and courteous. Friendliness is key!!
