Why I shop at Home Depot...
Home Depot is a big deal in upstate NY for home owners, construction workers and individuals wanting to spruce up their patios. Infact, it's as common as visiting the mall. The floor managers are extremely professional and accommodating. I love going there for our business and home needs.

Parking lot is some kjnda wild west, no parking space, flood of people looking for work approach you, carts are chained and locked , so only few available, which are mostly taken.
Many clients have to carry items in they harms.
Pretty bad,,, really bad. Some time i pay a little more and go to hardware store... worth it

Always Have What I Need
I appreciate this Home Depot location, store # 6957. Everytime my wife and I work on a project I have always been able to walk in and find what I need with it being out of stock or have to wait for delivery. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you store # 6957!

I usually find what I need at this location. My only complaint is that sometimes products are misshelved and it becomes a little frustrating, for both the salesperson and me, to locate an item.
