Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Kids Workshops are free in-store events that take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to order your kit.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Home Depot gift cards are a popular present for the holidays, birthdays, and housewarming parties. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to receive and to give. If you receive a gift card, you can visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Failed to give sales price

Specifically went there to get plants on sale and a plant was mixed in with sale plants that looked exactly like the plant I was purchasing that wasn't on sale and that's the one they used to ring up. Since I had a full cart of stuff, I didn't notice til I got home so cheated out of my money on that deal!

Fantastic customer service

I ordered online and received an email and text to pick up my items. The associate came out with one of my items, but the other 4 had not been delivered or were not able to be located in the store. He apologized multiple times, searched in multiple places, talked to his manager for me, was able to find me an equivalent item and brought the items to my car. I didn’t have to ask for anything, the associate took the initiative to make the situation right while providing excellent customer service. The manager was attentive to the concern and the proposed solution, was helpful in determining if the new item would work for my needs, and was efficient in approving the whole transaction. This was a great experience and 100% compassionate, efficient and customer oriented in a situation that could have been frustrating. Thank you!
