Wonderful sales associate!
My partner and I are new homeowners and had a bunch of random items on our list. Brian was wonderful and saw us struggling to find something and offered his assistance. He took us to multiple areas of the store to find what we needed and was overall wonderful to chat with and very helpful. Thank you, Brian!

great help from someone who worked on hardware floor
I went into the store in panic trying to find a solution to something I broke on the car. Jim who was on the floor with the hardware dept patiently listened to my problem, helped me find the right bolts (there are so many drawers and stuffs to search) in a very helpful, friendly way. I was able to get out there with right bolts for the right price! What a great experience! He is a keeper!

Service desk employees incompetence
The customer service person Daisy is a rude, condescending phony with zero knowledge and training on Home Depot's Price Match Policy. Someone named Heba who was presented to me as a manager was equally incompetent with respect to the Price Match Policy. Had to call the Home Depot Corporate customer service from my phone at the store to rectify the horrible situation. I relayed what the Corporate customer service was stating to do and they refused to listen and comply. Store is always messy, dirty and disorganized. Products not priced properly or at all. The one product I required is so often on a pallet on the highest shelf and they need a "licensed forklift operator" to come and get it down. it takes forever. Some materials and products being sold in a hardware store type warehouse such as home depot may be expected to be a little dusty or dirty etc. but if your going to sell electronics and other endless household items you may want to keep those products clean from your inches of thick dirt and dust. the aisles are cluttered and especially the wide area around the service desk. customers expect more but have come to accept this horrible service.
