Extraordinary customer service!
I assembled a grill cart today but was having trouble getting the grill to properly fit into the cart. I didn’t wanna force anything so I brought it to the store to see if I could get help. Sonya, Sara and Maddie were working the customer service desk and all three of them instantly began to try to solve my problem. They also enlisted the help of Steve, the assistant manager and after 10 minutes they solved the problem. They were also warm, attentive, thoughtful and it was one of the greatest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They helped me swiftly with some other things and then graciously volunteered to load the grill back in my car along with some topsoil I purchased. They were just excellent from the moment I walked in till when I left. They are extraordinary ambassadors for Home Depot and bravo to Home Depot for hiring them and training them so wonderfully.

Helpful Staff made our project possible!
My son and I needed to build a handicap ramp for my Dad. We had an idea of what we needed to build, but the Home Depot staff helped us create our vision confidently.

Incredibly helpful, warm staff
We traveled far beyond our local Home Depot locations to Biddeford to get a particular brand of wooden fence that was only in stock there. It was so worth the trip! Every employee was helpful and warm, and one employee (Phil at the Pro Desk) absolutely went out of his way to help us pick quality fence panels for delivery. We'd travel back to Biddeford after this experience!
