Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the Billings store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Home Depot gift cards are a popular choice for the holidays, housewarming parties, and birthdays. DIYers know they're fun to give and to receive. Purchase them at our stores or online at homedepot.com. If you receive a gift card, you can visit the Billings Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Our gift cards can be redeemed in-store or used to make purchases online with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Billings offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

To pick up your Curbside Order:

Great customer service is always given at this Home Depot location.

HORRIBLE CHECK OUT EXPERIENCE

Cashier helper accused me of stealing. I had asked for a foot of wire and floor help cut it and filled out ticket. It was more that 12", made a scene in measuring it. Added .50 cents. She didn't care that I had nothing to do with length. I left angry and offended.

Positivity

I noted that on an early Sunday morning a lot of people aren’t up for the work yet, still potentially trying to wake up and get the day started Not Jose, he was on his game and most importantly with a friendly positive attitude, answers to all my questions and made this a great experience for me and others around him!

Disappointed and worst shopping experience ever

I was ready to buy a lawn tractor for over 5K, but the employee knew nothing about it; delivery was tied to one day of the week, they don't service the equipment, could not explain the warranty options - I heard I don't know five times, would not honor the military discount which the manager could not explain why other than sometimes at this store it doesn't take everything - an absolute worst experience I have had here and I use you faithfully - 5K consistent customers/vets are not your priority.
