Shopping experience at the Home Depot in Blaine
I recently purchased a deck railing system online. I went to install the railing system which was straightforward but soon found out that handrail would not sit directly on the top rail due to the brackets being too big. So I had to purchase shorter brackets which made the installation complete. It seemed odd that this came as a system and yet didn't work. Karen at the home Depot made it right and absorbed the cost of the brackets which impressed me and made the transaction right. It reminded me of why I shop at home Depot.

Outstanding customer service!!!
Robb assisted me with getting a giant skeleton at first there was none on the floor & he could’ve been like oh well there is none but instead he checked inventory & confirmed they received some the same day I was there & was successful to get me in hand! Above & beyond customer service you can ask for!! Give this man a raise or a promotion because he well deserves it!! Thanks again Robb!!

Great customer service, if you're ever in the garden section look for Rob very professional, friendly and he knows his stuff.
We have bought ovens, snow blowers, lawn mowers amoung other things always had good customer service and everything is working great.....

Saved money and frustration

Poor customer service. Military discount
I was checking out in the garden center, I asked to use my military discount. I was informed that you have to have the home depot App to get the discount. The internet was not connecting they refused to give me the discount.
