Great customer service

Denise Hall from measurement services goes above and beyond
The store is generally my favorite HD if I want service. None of the other HDs in my area compare. So shout out to the store. Eric and Ed in flooring were good. There was a worker unfamiliar to flooring who tried to help view things online and rather than keep guessing he knew to call for help. The person who helped was able to pull samples of all the cap a tread colors which saved me significant time trying to find them. Prior to flooring experience, there was a manager in appliances that helped me with wallpaper. But what sticks in my mind most today is how far above and beyond Denise Hall from measure services went in helping me. So the day I planned to sign and pay for new floors for a townhouse Ed send email (great job) to say he sent the quote. I did not get the quote so I called the store. Store suggested I go to measure services and they could pull it, they supposedly tried several times to send unsuccessfully. I called measurement services and Denise answered and listened to my frustration. She contacted the store, was able to rebuild my quote off of notes and computer entries made by Ed and was able to successfully send me a quote and also identified the cap a tread was not available and the store (cap a tread guy) remembered the samples I looked at so they gave substitute suggestion. Don't know who Denise talked to but kudos to that person for allowing Denise to go above and beyond. In the end, Denise got it all right and took the time and seriousness to know how important it was to have it right. Now I can only hope the install is much smoother than the experiences that lead up to 6/15 order finally.

Great Experience!
This store consistently has what I'm looking for in stock. The garden dept, even for late in the season for planting was well kept and had a good selection. The parking lot employees get an A+ for being helpful (without being asked ) and courteous!

Simply Convenient !
For the last ten years or more I’ve got no hazzle with this The Home Depot store. Of course, there were some flaws sometimes but it’s only minor and tolerable, nobody’s perfect isn’t it? Overall it’s still a convenient place !!!
