One associate saved me from a terrible experience
I went to "Customer Service" and asked the red curly haired woman about the product that was listed as 10 in stock and explained that there was none in that location. She was not that interested or friendly, but said that she would call someone. I waited at least 15 minutes and nobody came.
The store was not that busy and there were several associates walking around talking with each other mostly. After I gave up on the false hope of the assistance I was told I would receive and I went walking around searching for something that would work.
As I was in the paint department, Associate Cayden asked me, "Are you finding everything okay, Sir?" I thanked him for asking and explained what I was looking for. He took time to ask me and then took his time to walk halfway across the store to search for the product with me.
Cayden even left the aisle and pulled a ladder into the aisle to look above the stock for possible hidden backstock. We could not find what I needed, but he and I discussed what might work and I left with something that should work.
I want to recognize Cayden for being the real customer service superstar and taking true interest in helping people with great interest and enthusiasm.
Thank you, Cayden, for turning my experience around from terrible to not soo bad.
Cayden is a rockstar and should be commended for his professional hard work and true interest in making someone's day and experience top notch.

Where Are The Checkers ????
I used to Love this Store when it first opened, and I did for along time. We had moved out of B.L. FOR a few years and are back now but OF COURSE They had to change and are not carrying ALL THE Tool's and made it Harder to get Around Them, Also Beware if it's on a WEEK END YOU'LL HAVE TO HAVE PATIENTS NOT ENOUGH CHECKERS WORKING

OVERCHARGED ME ON MY FRIDGE
I BOUGHT A NEW REFRIDGERATOR LAST NOVEMBER,AND THEY TRIED TO DELIVER A DAMAGED FREEZER,AND ON THE NEXT DELIVERY ATTEMPT THEY TRIED TO DELIVER ANOTHER REFRIGERATOR THAT THEY ALREADY DELIVERED,AND THEY OVERCHARGED ME $200.00.

Knowledgeable employees are back!
My experience in the past at this store has, at a minimum, been frustrating ending in multiple trips back due to lack of knowledge by employees. Out of reluctant convenience I stopped for a couple plumbing parts and was pleasantly surprised. More employees like Chris in plumbing is exactly what this store needed.

Better Inventory than other hardware stores
Always a pleasure to shop this store. Helpful staff when I need them and (usually) well stocked shelves although items the website says are in stock are often out-of-stock when we arrive!
