Horrible Service from Kalysha at Self Checkout

The self service employee named Kalysha had the most horrendous filthy attitude I have ever encountered during a shopping experience. I walked up an scanned my item which happened to be spray paint. I am 47 years old and did no know that immediately when I scanned the spay paint it would call for an attendant. Kalysha was standing their talking to another employee who alo was not doing anything and she stomped over , smacked her lips and violently began clicking her code into the screen. She acted like she was mad she had to stop her conversation and actually do work. She never said hello or greeted me and then just stomped off and went back to her conversation. I asked for a manager and Kalysha stated their is no manager on duty. At that point I walkedmover to customer service an asked for the store manager. I have to say that Susana Deonauth then walked over and listened to my complaint about the horrendous customer service I had received at the self check out. I told Susana that Kalysha in no way should be interacting with customers. People need jobs an actually take pride in their work and she in no way is representing home depot in a positive way. I have never experienced an employee with such disdain and appreciation for their job and is posted at the front of the store and has no problem or fear of disciplinary action to act in hat manner. The store manager Susana Deonauth showed a true care and concern an stated she would address this employees conduct.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Looked for bookshelf pegs; and was forced to walk the entire store due to Customer Service not knowing the location. If you ask for a Mgr.; she won't come talk to you unless you disclose what you want!
