Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. You may secure your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to order your kit.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Home Depot gift cards are an excellent present for any special occasion or during the holiday season. DIYers know they're fun to give and to receive. They can be purchased online at homedepot.com or in our brick-and-mortar stores. If you receive a gift card, you can visit the Branson Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Use our gift cards to shop online or redeem them in-store. There are no additional fees to worry about.

Does The Home Depot Branson offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you're here.
5. We'll bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.

DO NOT GIVE HOME DEPOT GIFT CARDS TO ANYONE. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM YOU BOUGHT WITH A GIFT CARD YOU GET A STORE CREDIT IN RETURN THAT YOU CANNOT USE ONLINE.

Never Disappointed

Just purchased a dishwasher &, as usual, service was excellent. People who deliver their appliances also install them so very convenient. Have purchased washer/dryer, water heater, refrigerator and water softener over the years & never a hitch!

Customer Service

Every employee that I encounter each time I'm in the store is very nice and helpful. One in particular in doors did his best to help me find my order and when he couldn't give me a complete answer on the status after making a great effort. He has to call me back. He went above and beyond. Great service and I appreciate that. Wished I'd got his name. The company on the other hand needs to update their computer and phone systems for their employees. The current systems make it hard for the employees to do their job and is frustrating for the customers. The employees would probably appreciate the update too.
