Great garden deals, good timing.

We shopped here for some plants we needed for a friend's birthday. The plants we saw earlier were gone and yet we found some great deals. I needed to pick up some wire fencing for lawn protection from nighttime animals, digging up lawn for grubs.

Bad customer service

The African American cashiers at the self checkout are extremely rude and have condescending bad attitudes. The way they made me feel as a customer I will never return back.

Great Customer Service

I bought 102 pieces of drywall and a worker by the name of Johnson helped me load it in my truck by hand. I can not complain the customer service was excellent. The drywall was heavy and Johnson never once complained. He got straight to work. He was very helpful.

Great service/employees!

All of the workers we encountered were delightful and happy to help us purchase a leaf blower+trimmer and an outdoor dining set! Victor, in particular, went above and beyond to help us!

I Always end up with exactly what I needed.

I've been buying from the Broadview Home Depot since it was set up. I don't have any photos or videos, but I have purchased things for my house, my car, my lawn, cleaning soaps, Rabbit repellants, bug killing etc. Never had any trouble.

I had inadvertently ordered the wrong garden pavers and therefore risked missing a whole weekend of DIY landscaping. A team of employees led by Salina took a ton of extra effort (pun intended!) to help me correct and expedite my order so I'd have my supplies in time to compete the project on time. That kind of personal service will keep me coming back to my favorite garden supply destination!
