Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to check the availability of the kits.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Steve, Jason, Gerardo are great!

I had one of the best experiences at this Home Depot, and I can only thank Steve, Jason, Gerardo! I came in alone, trying to find some wood, nails and maybe some glue, to attempt to make a stepping stool for my older dog( I am not a handyman at all, but I was going to try) lol. Steve went above and beyond, and when I say above and beyond I really mean above and beyond, to the highest extent, he not only helped me carry the wood, cut the wood, and figure out how to create the stepping stool, he helped me make it as well!! While we were in the middle of making it, Jason came over and gave GREAT input and helped us make it more sturdy, BIG help!! Gerardo came up also, and was very kind and helpful and gave great input as well! So sweet all of them!! I really did leave feeling happy and helped, and by genuine people, who went above and beyond and definitely didn’t have too

Generally has what I need in stock.

Home Depot in Buckhead has a variety of items that are not readily available at the Ponce de Leon store. However, getting assistance at either store is sometimes difficult. I'll ask an associate to get help in a certain area. Then I have to ask again. I'm referring to times when the store isn't that busy. I'm 74. I need help with moving items, specifically lumber that is up high. Sometimes there is someone to help. Sometimes not. Recently, an associate started helping me, then walked away. Aggravating.

Associates always available

Every aisle I turned on or walked down, I passed a smiling, friendly associate who asked me if they could be of service. Although I thought I was in the right section, they pointed me to the exact aisles where I required a product! I didn't have to go and look for help, I just had to state what I was looking for. This is how a Business should run Kudos to all the Managers and Associates!

Lamar Was Better Than The Rest!

Asked 3 males if I bought a Swiffer would they put it together. All 3 made up an excuse not to help a senior citizen. Even customer service employee told me to go back and ask the Clerk who sent me to him. Disgraceful. Lamar at the register said Yes! After I paid for the item it took Lamar less than 5 minutes! He is an asset to the store and should be commended for going the extra mile for a CUSTOMER who just happened to be a senior citizen.

AMAZING KITCHEN DESIGN

We had the good fortune of working with Charmaine in the cabinetry department. She helped us design a bathroom vanity. Our experience was so positive that we decided to have her work with us to design a new kitchen. She is a knowledgeable and experienced designer. She is very responsive and reliable and strived to help us make the very best decisions, sensitive to our needs and our budget. She was extremely kind and very patient; never pressuring us to make a purchase. We have recommended her and Home Depot to many people already.
