Are Kids Workshops offered at the Burton Home Depot?

Yes, the Burton store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. You may secure your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to order your kit.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Great Customer Dispute Resolution

I purchased a product online and my order got screwed up and I was sent the wrong product. This store not only resolved the error, but credited my account for my troubles and upgraded my product to keep me satisfied. That is how you resolve a massive inconvenience for a customer.

The service you need at affordable prices

The staff here is the most helpful I have experienced in any store. The service is consistent and if I can't find what I'm looking for they always go the extra mile to assist me. In a time where most people order online and have limited contact with associates it is refreshing to see a business where good customer service is still promoted. Thank you HD!
