Employees seem great but the store is run poorly.
They were unloading trucks and doing an inventory/restock during business hours at 2 o’clock. There were isles blocked, filled with four pallets that you couldn’t even sneak by. The employees were very nice and helpful. I bought a wheelbarrow and waited 30 minutes for the manager with a key to come unlock it. After 15 minutes of no manager I asked again. I waited 30 minutes in the sun and no one came. I ended up returning it and getting my money back. The staff was great but it clearly has some management issues.

Customer Service here is UNMATCHED
I had an issue with an order and after bringing my concerns to the manager Mercedes, she was so quick to fix the problem and did not stop until it was made right. She was so friendly and helpful I cannot wait to go back and visit this store soon!
