Blue (Customer Services Associate) ROCKS!!!
Malei H. also known as Blue showed true compassion and humanity while aiding a customer with her needs. The customer was stressed and had a time crunch to return a truck so Blue reached out and advocated for the customer to get extended time. Kudos!!!

Christmas tree purchase
I went to the capitol Heights Store to purchase a Christmas Tree I saw on the website. As soon as I entered the store, I met Ramona who was very pleasant, patient, answered all my questions. Lastly she took me to the Christmas Tree display area and showed me all the trees and their various functions. Once all my questions were answered, she took me to where the boxes were, picked up the box and placed it on my cart.

This is the worst store ever to shop in
I came to the store to purchase vinyl plank flooring there was not an associate available to assist me there were many orange aprons walking around and they all said let me find someone to help you no associate ever came to assist the associates that said they would try to find someone to assist me never return to see if I had been helped I had to push 20 cases of vinyl plank flooring to the front of the store to check out as a woman that is disgraceful this door is the worst Home Depot of them all and I refuse to shop there ever again
