Great Store/Emplyees
The employees at this location go above and beyond every time I've been there. Not all locations have the happiest employees, but this one does. Got my Milwaukee drills there and they've been great to use. I could tell they were a return but they were immaculate out of the box still.

Any hone improvement item I need I go to Chardon Hone Depot. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional, a rare thing these days!

Customer Service in Chardon is poor at best
I “made the mistake” of checking out at CS as my hip was bothering me. The CS assistant was less than pleased and referred me to her Manager because I had the temerity to “ask” to be checked out nearer to where I parked. The Manager made me feel like she was doing me a big favor despite my protestations that my physical shape wouldn’t allow me to walk to the normal checkout.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

Shopping experience with Home Depot, Chardon, Ohio
We just purchased a new LG dishwasher. It's exactly what I wanted. I've always envied friends that own LG appliances and when we win the lottery, I already have the refrigerator and stove picked out by LG.

Great store; friendly staff
We would highly recommend this store. John, Dept 91, was always there to help, answering all our questions and super kind. The checkout is always fast and friendly.

Great employees!
The people at The Home Depot in Chardon are always friendly and helpful. If they do not have what I need in the store (not able to purchase the item there), they have directed me to where I can purchase it. This level of customer service is a breath of fresh air! I will continue to shop here.
