Good customer service poor follow through

I bought a towable log splitter and the customer service and help I received from employees and the assistant store manager was great. However, after leaving with the log splitter in tow a major metal piece came off the unit and fell into the road causing the driver behind me to swerve hard into the oncoming lane. I contacted the store about this and never received any call back. There was supposedly no manager available when I called. It was a dangerous situation and thankfully no one was injured but also no one at the store seems to care. They were pleasant but there’s no reason that anyone would not contact me after such an event. Long story short don’t trust their assembly people and double or triple check everything.

Call Home Depot and talk to Abby about an item that was on sale somewhere else. They not only Matched the price they beat it. Abby and Kimberly did a great job. Great Customerservice thank you.

Customer service was excellent

Was very satisfied with my experience at the Cheyenne Home Depot. Richard Myers the gentleman that waited on us so very helpful on chosing a washer and dryer. I definitely will be asking for his help on home improvements we are currently doing in our home.
