This Home Depot rocks!
The customer service received by Eric H, April and Bronwyn on a late Saturday evening was truly appreciated. After struggling to replace an old toilet (still sore three days later, after not being able to get the tank bolts off the toilet-which I’m quite certain had been there for a solid 30 years) in our daughters first home, another trip to the Home Depot for a new toilet was needed. The customer service and patience we received that day made all the difference in the world.

Super misogynistic male employees.
The male employee Avery was very condescending. If you’re a women and think u may need any help throughout ur visit, DO NOT GO HERE. I was approached by a male associate (without requesting any help) and was talked down to. He seemed irritated the entire time, didn’t offer any real help, insinuated my friend was irritated to be shopping with me, and argued with her about what car she drove ( without ever seeing the car). I have never had an experience worth writing a review about at any other store, ever!

Great in store service!
We were waited on in the appliance section of this store by Candice. She answered all her questions and gave us some good tips for excepting our product, and went to sign for that acceptance- good tips! Also, she had to stay late to finish our invoice. Her computer was not cooperating and still with a lot of patience and grace. She got us through the process of actually buying our refrigerator. They’re lucky to have her and we really appreciate her great service.

It took asking 4 employees, including Customer Service, to finally get help!
I went in to buy one thing: a wheel for a tile cutter. They were locked up, so I found an employee and asked for help. They told me to go to Customer Service, so I stood in line there. I was told by CS that they couldn't help and I needed to go to the register. I stood in line there. They said they didn't know what to do, but finally paged for someone to meet me in the aisle. I stood in the aisle for 10 minutes and kept checking around, no one showed up. I finally left and ran in to a group of 3 employees just hanging out and chatting. I asked if one of them would help me and finally one of them left the group and unlocked the tile cutter for me. If your Customer Service can't serve your customers, you need to rename it.
