Great help at THIS location! ask for Robert in Electrical or Plumbing if you want top tier help!!
I never write reviews because it takes too much time and you really have to impress me to get one of these bad boys lol. Literally Robert from Electrical/plumbing and dunia are the most helpful home depot employees I have ever met. and thats from LA to NY to FL and this was legit the best. Im use to employees not caring and just shrugging off any questions never actually wanting to help me. Both of these people stopped. they were attentive and went above and beyond to help me find the parts i needed and get the information at the front that i needed. Thank you both! Home depot should have these two as managers - their care makes allllllll the freakkkking difference. -

Excellent variety of items.
I go to the Coconut Grove store all the time. Always find what I need. It has plenty of close by parking. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

Great Customer service! Great deal on appliances
I went to the Home Depot at coconut grove a few days ago.. looking for a new washer and dryer. It was my 3rd place/store out of 6 that day to see good deals and get a quote. After meeting Gerardo from that department and getting a genuine interaction not like a pushy sales person, I still just asked for a quote and needed a day to think about it. But he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and that was enough to head back and make the purchase. Good customer service is rare so hope this review sheds good light. The cashier Fredelyne was also very kind and helpful in helping me apply for the home depot card.

Good Customer Service
This store has very nice employees. It is smaller than some others. If you need help with decoration suggestions, ask for Rev. He's also great with tile, flooring, and appliances.

Best Home Depot in Miami
Living in Miami 20 years I was thrilled when they opened this boutique Home Depot in Coconut Grove. Many of us dread going to the one in Little Havana. This Home Depot is clean, not crowded, staff speak English and offer to help rather than you always having to look for someone.

Once again, THE HOME DEPOT @ GROVE GATE gets a gold star for customer service!
I came upon the need for a few pieces of PVC piping for my temperamental HVAC unit, but felt overwhelmed when I got to Aisle 8 in the store -- so many pieces, so many choices! Maria and Robert both provided me with truly exceptional assistance. Seriously, what godsends they were during the last hour that the store was open! What a novel idea in this day and age to approach a confused customer with a positive attitude and genuine interest, and to take pleasure helping out said customer by sharing their expertise -- all the while with pure kindness. Maria and Robert are either angels or saints who just happen to be donned in orange aprons. My sincerest thanks to these outstanding human-beings.

Sidewalk & firelane acces blocked by shopping carts and plants for sale.
The sidewalk & fire lane access is blocked by shopping carts and plants for sale. Didn't think the sidewalk & fire lane were zoned for retail in Coconut Grove. Not even enough room to get a wheel chair or stroller between the plants & shopping carts stored on hte sidewalk. I was someone in a wheelchair having to soll in the street (limited by a curb) to get through/past. Store was great but so insensitive to those that need access tot he sidewalk.
