Ripped off for $35.00

I needed my tile installed, and they took my $35.00 for a measurement (which could be applied to the installation), when they must have known that I wouldn't be able to schedule an install with tile I had already purchased elsewhere.

Great purchasing experience!!!

Recently (just in the first week of June 2023), we bought a Samsung top-load washing machine from Home Depot in Collect Park, MD (#2552). The sales clerk was so knowledgeable about the product. He answered all my questions regarding the appliance as well as delivery. Great Customer Service! Very friendly! Lots of patience to answer the questions. Thank you, Home Depot!!!

Shantie Rocks College Park Location is Lucky to have her

Came into the store where an employee greeted me while still dealing with another customer. Once she finished she walked over to me and asked if I needed help. Once I told her what project I was trying to tackle that day she walked me around the store and got me all the supplies needed. She was patient and graceful even when interrupted by coworkers and other customers.

Always friendly - always have what I need

This Home Depot has ALWAYS been a favorite of mine. They seem to have everything I need when I need it, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will go to "another" hardware place, and they seem to be lost on their stock; AND their knowledge.
