Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the College Point store offers in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to check availability.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Gift cards to The Home Depot are an excellent present for the holidays, housewarming parties, and birthdays. DIYers know they're fun to receive and to give. Purchase gift cards at our stores or online at homedepot.com. If you receive a gift card, you can visit the College Point Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Redeem our gift cards for online or in-store shopping, all with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot College Point offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. Wait for us to bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
