The Manger Scott Hudson helped me in a bind
The Manager Scott Hudson made my experience a great one. I arrived at the store at closing time(they were literally closing the doors) and needed some plumbing items so that i could have water for the night. Scott allowed me into the store and was very helpful in getting the items. Great customer service. i was very grateful. Without him going above and beyond my family would not have had running water for the night.

We are the customer service without the uniform or benefits!
There are days when the only staffing on the front end is 1 employee watching the self service lanes. Unless HD is paying us a salary and benefits, it’s benefiting from our labor without passing on the savings to us.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Home Depot 4633 for a new washer and dryer, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Marilyn Shelton, who provided me with excellent customer service and made the entire process a breeze.
From the moment I walked into the store, Mrs. Shelton greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, and was able to answer all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. I was impressed with how much she knew about the different brands and models, and she was able to help me find the perfect washer and dryer to meet my needs.
Throughout the purchase process, Mrs. Shelton was incredibly professional and understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to offer helpful advice to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I really appreciated how patient she was with me, and how she never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.
Overall, my experience at Home Depot was fantastic, and I have Mrs. Marilyn Shelton to thank for that. Her exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and professionalism really made my day, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of assistance at the store. Five stars, all the way!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
Stooped in to purchase a Battery daddy for a Birthday gift and was unable to locate the 34 they showed in stock online . Employees Dayanava and Felix thought they must be on truck they went to back and pulled and then found me in the store to bring to me. I was blow away as most employees would not have made that extra effort! they made my day!!

Clean and Helpful Employees!
There was no clutter and easily found items needed with the use of online product info. Check out was quick and easy. Once I left the store Mr.Joe an associate help load my truck with items I purchased and was super kind and professional. I’d say he went the extra mile to ensure I drove safely with the items I had.
