Poor communication skills.
Purchased a refrigerator it was delivered but they didn't complete the hook up. Still 2 weeks later still not hooked up.

Very Satisfied
I had to buy a lawnmower and other yard tools decided to go to Home Depot by my Home.
So happy I did. My Cashier Alejandra was great ..helpful, patient knowegable . my HD credit card declined, I told her I haven't used it in 5 yrs.. . Alejandra ask me if I wanted to try for a new card so I did ... and I was approved for 3,000. I thank her so much,, she gave me a BIG Smile and told me congratulations.... awesome..
