Does the Coventry Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Kids Workshops are free in-store events that take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to check availability.

Don't treat Veterans like they claim.

Every time I shop in person and try to apply my Vets discount it says invalid but yet if I shop online, it will apply very embarrassing to be declined at the check out

Hard to find help

After eventually finding help, Mike from loading got me some items from the top shelf. Despite obviously being afraid of heights and would much rather do anything than go up the stairs, shaking like a leaf in a storm he climbed up the stairs and got me what I needed!

Carpeting

I decided in a nice pad and carpeting. My husband and I were concerned about the transition strip and no one could ever show us or supply us with a photo of what it would look like. Finally we ordered the carpeting and scheduled the installation date with the installers and they never showed up or called to cancel. EXTREMELY AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSTALLERS NEXT TIME! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nick (sales floor associate)

this review is long overdue however, I just wanted to write in and let the management at Home Depot know how lucky they are to have Nick as an employee. My mother and I had gone into Home Depot looking for a pvc piece for a plumbing issue. Nick was not only helpful and knowledgeable but he was kind. Nick is not only an amazing employee but he is a wonderful person. We ended up talking with him for a little bit and he has overcome so much adversity in his life and yet he does not let it hold him back. Nick is an inspiration and truly just special. Home Depot is lucky to have him.

Kitchen remodel project

My wife and I are updating our kitchen and have been to several local shops as well as teh 2 big box stores in our area. We met with design consultants from all and Scott Shaw in the Coventry RI store was a great resource. He guided us through the process answering a number of questions and making several changes adding a great deal of useful information that would have otherwise gone to the wayside. He made it about getting us the kitchen we wanted, not just about making the sale. The same can't be said for the other shops we worked with. This has been a great experience!
