Best in cleanliness and Customer Service!
I was frustrated with a LARGE online order and online Customer Service who were no help, so I traveled to the Cranberry Twp store. It was half hour before closing. The store's Customer Service couldn't help but called Tim in Appliances who graciously placed the order for me even though they were turning out the lights! He was most pleasant and knowledgeable about all the appliances on my list. He went above and beyond, staying overtime , without commission, to get the order placed. Now that's what I call excellent Customer Service!!!

. Location in very safe area.
. Lots of very close parking.
. Overall friendly staff.
. Overall neat and clean store.
. I normally look online in cases of determining if item is in stock.
. Layout of most/all HD stores same. Nice to know where things are.
