Organized store but customer service is somewhat lacking
I enjoy shopping at this store so much more than the Colma store because the inventory is organized especially in the blinds area. Sizes were much easier to find.
Just disappointed that the returns clerk was unfriendly and lacked any customer service skills. Is this person understaffed? Whatever it is, it's not very inviting when the clerk can't attempt to greet or thank the customer.

Rude,unhelpful employees
Been there about 5 or 6 times and you can never find someone who can tell you where to find what you need..when you find them they are rude and don't even know where you find it .

Anxious Customer
I am one of those persons who suffer anxiety shopping in hardware stores since I get overwhelmed with so much stuff and the commute from San Francisco to Daily City.
In this particular situation, where I’ve found myself overwhelmed trying to buy an accordion door, the cashier not even helped me with the measures but also with my orders of paint and other supplies I needed. She never said: sorry I’m the cashier go to ask one of the customer assistants. She moved aside to help me and give me steps where to find everything I needed.
Thanks so much Angelica for being so kind and sweet. You made this stressful (for me, someone who suffer panic attacks and anxiety inside hardware stores) very smooth and easy.

The "Home" in Home Depot- Best store around here
This HD is full of home enthusiasts not full on contractors so it feels more friendly than commercial. Lots of home accessories for every project. I don't know how I would maintain my home, backyard, car and tool needs without it. Even online shopping is not as easy as going to a Home Depot Store. When you need it now, you gotta go to the Home Depot. And prices here have been very competitive lately, so it's a win-win.

Fantastic Customer Service! Stress-free Christmas Tree Shopping!!
Mr. Pao surpassed excellent customer service and created customer delight while in charge of the Christmas tree sales. He quickly & effectively checked the garden shop & lot inventory for 9'-10' trees. He showed me 4 trees and made sure I got what I wanted. He found another employee to help him pull the monster tree through the auto red net tree wrapper. In and out stress-free with a smile in record time.
Mr. Pao's character & competence excellently represent Home Depot.
Everyone who comes to my home this season will know about Mr. Pao and Home Depot!
