Are Kids Workshops offered at the Davie II Home Depot?

Kids Workshops are free in-store events that take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Wrong charges...

I bought a ceiling fan on 03/27/2023 at approximately 12:07 pm. The price on the shelf was $119.00 which I confirmed afterwards at home by scanning the code at home when I realized that they had charged $238.00. When I went to the store to dispute the charge, I learned that the cashier had charged two items instead of one, and I had to wait for the cameras to be reviewed to resolve the claim. The next day, after trying to connect to the store several times, I finally talked to a rep, who seemed to be familiar with the case, but told me that the cashier remembered me and that I had bought two ceiling fans. Basically, "I am lying"; Concerning!!!! So far, the videos are not reviewed and I don't see an effort to do it, as the person authorized to check the videos is not at the store and they are not familiar with his/her schedule.

Customer service horrible self checkout

Latasha and the red head who help with self checkout are very rude. They closed the lanes on me with no notice after I was standing in line for awhile and. Please watch video. When I requested help they didn't care. Wow home depot. Where did you hire these 2? They are awful.

Great customer service

Brendan and Rene were excellent and assisted us and answered all of our questions. I definitely recommend the store. They exceeded my expectations above and beyond every shopping visit.

Horrible customer service!

Nobody around to ask anything. Cashier was very rude. Didn't say hi, bye or thank you. Just handed my receipt to me like I was bothering her.

Good store, bad checkout.

Store was cleaner and more organized than most , but the checkout experience was very slow. They only had two self checkout registers open and no normal registers. On these two registers employees were doing the checkout anyway. This went very slow. They either need more cashiers or self checkout to actually be open.

Terrific Customer Service

My wife and I went to 2 other stores prior to coming to this Home Depot & received excellent customer service & detail oriented information when purchasing our new grill. This was the only store which had all of the grills properly assembled with all parts included - and ready for delivery. Sales person Inder was excellent and patient in the process & provided high quality customer service throughout the shopping experience. We look forward to receiving our delivered new grill tomorrow morning! Thank you all …
