Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the Del Rio store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to check availability of the kits.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

I had a problem to solve with a purchase and the customer service over the phone from here was extremely patient and helpful. My representative found a solution, they made a sale, and I got to move forward with a construction.

Customers First!

Being walked up to by an employee was almost a novelty for us as we shopped at HomeDepot this weekend. Flooring is such a huge decision in our current project and Ramon made the process less stressful and streamlined for us all in one visit!

Worst customer service rep ever! Didn’t greet, customers, wasn’t friendly or approachable.She was uninterested in assisting with mobile app to retrieve the Veterans Discount and I had to bag my own items. She should have ZERO interaction with customers. A night stocker would be a better fit for her.
