Stellar customer service!
We visited Home Depot (Delafield, WI) in search for an orchid plant and potting mix, and have no successful indoor plant experiences. We were greeted by Megyn and not only did she provide advice, knowledge, and product recommendations, but she helped us repot the orchid we chose before we left the store! We learned so much from her in one visit and we couldn’t be more thankful. We left feeling confident instead of nervous about how to care for our new plant. We’re very excited!

Very Helpful Emplayees
I entered the Hoemdepot knowing what I needed to do but not which Sawsall blade would work the best for me. After a brief discussion with Jayson in the tool dept I selected the blade I hoped would do the job. When I returned home and set about completing the task I found that the blade Jayson suggested was in fact perfect for the job. I found Jayson very helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help me out! At the self service check out I also need some help and was immediately assisted by Leanne who was also friendly and made sure I got help loading my truck. This is one of the best Home Depots that I have ever shopped at!

GREAT Customer Service
Casey N. Was extremely helpful since I was having trouble walking because of sciatic nerve pain. She helped get the three items I wanted and carried them to the checkout and then she went ABOVE AND BEYOND and carried the 2-2x6x8’ treated boards to my vehicle.

Wonderful Customer Service
I was interested in a gas grill but there was no price on it. Customer Service sent over Troy from Lawn & Garden to assist. Troy was super knowledgable & helpful. Both Michael and Kay in customer service were most helpful in checking out when lots of technical issues happened with their keypad. All went well and the service I received was exemplary.

Excellent service!!
I am doing a remodeling project for my kitchen. I came to Home Depot and was helped by Bill D for my first stage of my project. He was very helpful and patient with me. Then I was working with Suzi M. Suzi was just as amazing, so helpful and so friendly. Suzi gave me great and practical ideas. And I cannot forget Katherine who always took care of checking me out, with such kindness. I am grateful for all the great service and smiles I received from Delafield Home Depot.

Wonderful Experience
We go to the Delafield Home Depot for any of our home improvements. We recently ordered carpet for our Rec Room, which Nancy assisted us with. She was amazing from beginning to end; very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We would highly recommend going to Nancy!
