Excellent Customer Service
Just a few days ago I bought a refrigerator from this Home Depot! Gary Chaney, went on and beyond by helping me save $100 dollars of my transaction. Not only that but took the time to explain everything. He also answered all my questions. I’m sure to shop at this Home Depot again! Hope to by my next product from Gary!

About the same Home Depot experience
I have so many items that I have bought from Home Depot for house renovations. I am so grateful that I live near one and the Delano one has been consistently average/good- not too horrible but nothing amazing enough to separate it from the other Home Depots in this area.

Curbside Order
Had a great interaction with Julio how brought out my order, very prompt and professional. Loaded up my stuff without even me asking, made small talk throughout… Really made my day to see, places still have great employees who care about their job.
Only negative, the young man rounding up shopping carts looked lost Andy like he had more trouble pulling/keeping up his pants than he did with the carts. Please management, try and maintain employees to a suitable work appearance. As they are a reflection of management and the store.

Knowledgeable associates.
Ask for Tony , Freddie or Yvonne if your buying flooring. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out much sooner than I expected.

Best customer service!
We went into the store confused about a home project we wanted to complete. As we looked through the aisles confused, Gary approached us and offered to help. He went above and beyond to make sure we left with no confusion. He even demonstrated for us what to do when we got home. He was super kind and patient. Best customer service ever!
