Great Employees
I wanted 24 bags of heavy stones. They were stacked on the bottom palette and way in the back under the shelf above. It was hot bees were using around. I am 70 with bad knees and bad hip. I asked for help loading the stones. By the time I returned with the cart a young man appeared and helped to load the stone onto the cart and into my car. Not an easy task. I tried to reward him with a small tip. He politely thanked me and refused the tip. I feel bad, he definitely deserved a reward!

Awesome customer service and reasonably priced products
Orderd a 18 cubic ft fridge for my deck at our seasonal camp site in Arkwright Hills Campground.

Not able to apply a coupon
I ordered 4 items that totally $342.07 . I had a coupon for $15.00 off a purchase of $100.00 or more. I had two gift cards ($100.00 @) which brought the balance down to $142.07. I was told that I could not use the coupon because I used gift cards. I don't get it as the balance was over $100.00. I'm going back to talk to a manager as this is not acceptable and nowhere does it state that I can't do this.

Cashier attitude towards helping customers
Lawn and garden closed at 10 AM on a holiday weekend. Gates were closed as well so I used the closest cashier which was the returns desk. The cashier attempted to educate me to not use this returns desk as it’s inconvenient for them.
