This Company is losing loyal customers

I bought a thousand dollar air compressor that was a floor model and was forced to take it, only to find out that it was returned prior and had an old 200 dollar central pneumatic from harbor freight in it from the employees not checking the return? I bout 2 tool boxes totalled over 1200 dollars and had to load them myself due to being told they had nobody capable of helping me load them. This time I had to load a industrial steel shelving unit that depicted 2 person lift due to nobody helping after the so-called manager said he would be waiting. I went back in he said he was going to investigate and said there's my loader, so I said let's see what happened. He said I get off in 15 minutes, I'll sort it out tomorrow? I asked if I could file a complaint and he said you just did. Totally unprofessional and rude. They make you feel like you are doing a disservice by asking them to help or do their jobs.

HomeDepot rocks!

I am so pleased with all at HomeDepot! I had a rude awakening of dishwasher, washer and dryer needing to be replaced! I went into the location and found what I needed! I was in and out in no time at all. Delivery will be next week!

Awesome employee

The employee I met was i think she said actually suppose to be on delivery orders her name is Angela ! She was the most caring and sweet woman! She was working hard and really busy , but took the time to show concern and help me out when she saw i needed it ! Will be returning to this store because of the respect and knowledge of this employee here ! Good job with this one guys !
