Poor paint matches
I brought in 3 samples of paint to match, NONE were made correctly and this has happened previously. When I asked the associate to use the paint name and numbers they insisted on matching it with the samples. Had to go to another store to get this remedied and wanted 2+ hours of my time. I will not have any paint matched at this store again.

no cashiers or lanes open to ring stuff up, bad store credit policies
only lanes open are self service. when returning items, if the associate mis-spells your name, you need to wait for management to approve it when you use it. Took 14mins for one to solve my problem. Will not be shopping at HD again.

Mike and Noah were AMAZING
I came in to find a flashlight and Mike took the time to go over the pros and cons of some of them. Then Noah took the product up to a register and engaged in polite conversation with me. He also was very knowledgeable about the product and offered me a warranty on it. Both had impeccable customer service

Great customer service
I bought some appliances and I could not have done it successfully without the help of Jason McIlhenny. I feel like this is the first time that I was able to patiently wait while the employee was serving another customer. In fact, if felt like Jason was serving both his first customer and myself at the same time. The only difference is that we were all at ease and we were enjoying that type of service. I highly recommend everyone to see Jason when visiting home depot, looking for appliances.

Great customer service
I was able to return unused merchandise w/o any hassle and found the type of cart I needed for the lumber I was purchasing today. I was able to use the self check out w/o needing to ask for assistance.
