Great Customer Service
Received 2 Kohler toilet a week prior to installation. On the day of installation we found out that 1 toilet is broken. I called El Toro customer service about it n she(Michelle, I think) really put an effort to find a driver to exchange the broken one with a new one so it can arrive in time for the installation. And it did!!!!
We finished the project, have time to clean and very satisfied with the product.

Very helpful personnel
I shop at a number of the local Home Depot stores, but I always like going to the El Toro store…it has a real neighborhood feel with the employees. I see smiles between them and I get smiles, and most of all assistance when I need it.

The whole store experience
The three departments that I visited were well organized. I use your electric carts while shopping in the stores. These were not easy to get to, but two employees jumped in to declutter the area, and make them accessible. The Santa Ana store only has one cart.

Unscrupulous business practices
This location allows thieves to return tools that have had pieces stolen from them. They do not verify the status of the returned products. They restock the shelves with the returned products and sell them as new. When asked why they don’t ensure returns are complete before issuing a refund I was told they use the honor system and trust those who return items. This location has all the tools locked behind cages and require an employee to open the cage and walk the tool to the register. The honor system clearly only works in favor of thieves.
