Quality products
Have been shopping at this store for about 5 or 6 years is an excellent place to shop for home improvement items and all yard items. They have excellent quality items at great prices , with quick delivery to your home.

Ignored-Bad Customer Service
Employee stared right at me for a couple of minutes. Didn’t speak to me. Another employee showed up. They talked about non work topics. After a couple of minutes, the original employee finally asked me what I needed. Continued talking to the second employ about not work topics. Wouldn’t have been a problem except, she couldn’t seem to mix the paint I needed and talk at the same time so she would stop working when talking.

Bad customer service
Hispanic man I’m customer service is so rude and doesn’t like helping customers. Other workers will stand around and talk to each other while completely ignoring customers in need of actual help. Etown location is awful. I won’t be back.

I Love This Store
I just love this store. I went with my husband looking for the base boards in my half bath. Home Depot had a nice selection of base boards, at a reasonable price. They came out beautiful.
