Delivered our expensive item elsewhere
We bought a $400 skeleton for delivery. The store delivered it to a house down the street from us with a completely different address. The store would not pick the item up and bring it to our home so we had to get a dolly and pull it down the road to our home as it was in a large heavy box. This was a costly mistake to make and it doesn’t seem like any one even cares that they were that wreck less. We had to search for the item in our neighborhood and haul it home.

Store has exceptional management and customer service. They are quick to respond and are always willing to work with you to trouble shoot issues. As a GC this is critical to my operation and I will be a customer for a long time of this store because of the team at this store.

Lots of good ideas
